The development of approximately 700,000m<sup>2<\/sup> GFA is planned on the approx. 90-hectare area; residential and commercial uses with the corresponding subsequent facilities are intended. A gradual development in four stages or modules, taking into account existing uses and new public infrastructure provision, is to be proposed. About one third of the area is to be preserved as open space, as a generous \u201cgreen centre\u201d for the south of Nuremberg.
